[It's been a rough week for Sal. And everything that happened to him had to do with this one girl.
First Riley got beat up. Then Riley killed herself. Finally, Riley broke Sal's heart. Just like she promised she would.
Anyone else see the pattern here?
He hadn't been expecting all that. He'd thought Riley would seriously warm up to him and that she was starting to actually like him as a person. That she was interested in him. Except she was much more interested in Gunn. That and that really bothered Sal. He didn't want to be stuck up, but he was a great catch. He knew it. And two girls had already thrown him back.
Was there ever a better reason to get drunk? With this in mind, Sal had been at the bar in Sergei's for awhile. And he was starting a liquor collection in his bedroom. But tonight's drinking was being done at the bar rather than alone in his room. He was a little drunk and working on getting drinker. But he's a big guy and it'll take him awhile.
