freakin awesome
Took the day off work and had a perfect day turned into a perfect night. Got much-needed sleep, my package arrived(!!!), cleaned up the house (apartment) really quick before Jim's dad Scott and Jim's sister's husband-to-be picked me up for lunch. Jim met us back at the apartment after work for some beers before the twins game(!!!). Headed off to the game for some more beer, batting practice, then the awesome awesome game (our team won). Enjoyed hot dogs, nacho fries, many many beers for the boys and margaritas and wine for me. It was such an awesome time. I don't' think I've ever bonded so much with Scott, ever. He had such a great time, which is just what I wanted as an early bday present to him. This night, more than ever, I feel how lovely and important family is.
