Ancient sexuality and Pat Benetar

today in class we were discussing an article on love written by plato. the Professor (the geekiest and funniest man ever to teach a class on sex) divides us into groups and says "now we will discuss and formulate answers on 'what is love?' or 'do you believe in love?'" ~whoa~ so my little group starts singing to ourselves "baby don't hurt me, no more" AS a group we were unable to really answer the question he asked, but we did come up with at least 1/2 of the love songs that came out from 1950-now. it was an impressive feat. then he asks us what we think love is... and the speaker for our group says the first thing that came into his head- "love is a battlefield" ~group laughs~ but we were able to make our point... but i doubt the professor will call on our particular assessments again...
