so get this, so far (it could still get higher as more bills come in) my insurance has been billed EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND dollars in 2010. Damn. My insurance is pretty good though - my surgery cost 17 grand. My out of pocket expense? $17. Sorry for contributing to the rising cost of health care, America.
