My teenaged sisters are very good friends with two sisters named Natalie (17) and Eva (15). About 3 weeks ago, their father, a Polish immigrant named Tomasz Kocab, was arrested by an immigration officer and has been imprisoned in Boston ever since. He runs the risk of being deported from his home of 25 years, taken away from his wife (a resident alien) and his three daughters (all US citizens).
His daughters have started an online petition to try to keep their father from being deported. He is a hard-working man who owns his own business, has a social security number, and is active in his church and community.
If you could please "like" the Facebook page I've linked below and pass the word to your Facebook friends, it would be greatly appreciated.

I just saw this on Facebook:
"WE WON! Thank you sososos much to everyone who supported us!! Our efforts were not in vain as we got a phone call from the officer on my dad's case this morning and he is free & will be getting his citizenship within the next 6 months =) Going to pick him up now!"
Thank you to anyone who joined the group to help this family!
