AP Lit is going to add stress. I want to be able to write well, very well. But I think I've hit my limits already. All that's left is grammar, little technical things here and there, rules to memorize, vocabulary to increase. There's nothing left besides that which I can improve upon. Not that I'm flawless, it's just that I can't improve. I wish I could shit out gold like some people.
It seems like something that you just can't teach. You can't learn it either. You just have to know. There's no real way you can evaluate how you do it against how other people do it either. Sure, you can look at what's been done. Study the form, the composition, analyze it to the smallest detail. Burn it into your mind. Sure, look at it all you want, but it won't tell you anything about what the hell went on to get to the finish line. Seriously, you cannot read minds. No one can. You can't compare something so intrinsically processed and expect to emulate someone else's technique or abilities at all with any real accuracy. Shitting, or Writing? Fucking Enigmas.
