Hello. You don't know me and I apologize if my coming here to say what I'm about to, offends you. If it does, please just delete my comment and ignore me.

There is a man in the lj community Christianity. His user name he used is slidell_man. He made the post you commented on, in which he asked for friends.

You should know some things. I am one of his former friends. The reason I unfriended him is because of certain inappropriate behaviors. Not just with me, but many women, and even men, he has gotten too personal. He has made advances toward me and other women. I personally am married and even though I am currently separated and seeking a divorce, I am not seeking another relationship, I don't even flirt. This man spoke of kissing me, holding me, and moving to my state and he told me he thought of marrying me. This man, who is almost 41 years old, has had inappropriate relationships with young girls, as young as 16, to my knowledge. He has been asked and told to stay away from them, instead he obsesses over them, and stalks them.

He has admitted he has a preference for young girls, and he actively pursues them and sees nothing wrong with it, though he will sometimes say otherwise. It is my opinion and of most of the people who used to be on his friends list on his former journal, (mrmateo, which he says he will delete, which I believe is to get rid of the evidence) that this man is a predator, to be more precise, a sexual predator. And it is because of his angry journal posts bashing people who upset him, and because of his inappropriate desire for young girls and inappropriate advances toward others, and him not listening to sound advice from fellow brothers and sisters in Christ who care about him, that he has lost almost all of his friends from his former journal.

I am not trying to speak ill of him to get others to hate him. I am not trying to tell you who to be friends with. I only wanted to make sure you knew information that I believe is important, especially when it comes to people we allow into our lives. Whatever you decide to do, please keep your wits about you, and for future protective purposes, document things that you view as inappropriate or suspicious. Thank you, and God bless.
