It's late summer and you know what that means... brushfires. Lots of them. And the inhalation of smoke. Simon took some great time lapses of the nearly cartoonish-looking smoke clouds:
Wish I got some videos too but didn't have an opportunity yet - on the way home from Pasadena you can see trails of fire streaking up the hills!!
