Right, this is just a little idea that popped in and wouldn't be left alone by the Rassilon Plot Bunnies. Jeez. If teh doctor really had been ginger/red, I could have called him "carrots" and mayb distracted the bunnies...sigh...
Anyway, I'm still writing the chapter, so this is a teaser. If I get a positive response, I'll continue. If not, well, the Doctor did say that he had an attic in the TARDIS...

The Tinkering Time-Lord
It was not easy, decided Rose, dealing with a Time Lord. Especially when he was a 900 and something or other year old Gallifreyan. Even more so not easy when said Time Lord was completely i-wanna-snog-you-senseless sexy. It was, thought Rose, much harder when the man was completely hyper and sprouted technobabble every minute of his life. Not that Rose knew what he did every minute of his life, no, but seriously, that man got no sleep at all. None, none, non-nonnity-none.
However, Rose could handle all that. She could. The teeny problem added to the equation was his inquisitive need to know everything and the addiction to sugar; even though that made him, if possible, more irresistable. How was Rose, on this stupid planet, at all meant to predict that the Doctor would "borrow" a bottle of her mum's "Anti-aging" cream on board? Not that he needed it, of course. If that wasn't enough, aforementioned Time Lord had decided to "just tinker and fiddle about" with it just so he could see the inner-workings of the chemicals in the cream. It was cream, for heaven's sake, not a car (Rose made a quick mental note to never let the Doctor near a car. Never), it was just plain, simple cream.
Now stood in front of her was the result of the "tinkering". A boy. Her brilliant but stupid Doctor..downsized. Dressed in one of Rose's old top and jeans ( the fact that it said "You Know I'm Sexy" was nothing to do with Rose), hair ruffleable as ever, the cutest chocolate eyes and right now, the infamous pout. Oh the power behind that pout.
