New routine...

I am getting used to waking up at 4:30 a.m., and going to bed at 10:00 a.m.

I think I may can do it for a whole week to see how I feel.

My sister has noticed that my eating habits have changed a little.  She basically said no wonder I am so skinny; it's because I do not eat.  Well, I do not eat, because I am not hungry.  I do not get on her case for drinking every night.

I need to focus more on reading more, and on myself.

Maybe then I will have the thick skin I need to include someone in my life.
