my parents got me a really pretty james avery ring and a chi straightener, and i've gotten cards with $$$ from the relatives.
chemistry is stressing me out! i really hope i don't get a 'c' in there. surely mrs hickman wouldn't turn on me like that?
i checked my phone this morning to see the time, and saw that he had called me last night. i could kill myself for forgetting to turn my ringer back on. i'm sure it was just to wish me a happy birthday, but it's nice that he thought of me and somehow got my number. i'm not going to call him back, because it would be awkward since he was only calling about my birthday, but you probably have no idea how badly i wish i had answered.
as for my foot, i have to wear this boot for 6 weeks, and if it hasn't healed itself by then, i'll have to get surgery.
