Have Mel and Mely's Christmas gifts. Everyone else's are pending, but pending in the sense that though I don't actually have them in my hands I know what they are, as opposed to the distraction-technique I-have-no-ideas kind of pending.
The phantom roommate tradition continues. This one is from Lithuania and was supposed to move in yesterday but didn't. There was a knock on my door some time after I'd already given up on life and gone to bed last night (which was relatively early thanks to sleeping poorly in a hotel on Monday night after moving Garrett back into Iowa and driving the rest of the way to Lawrence, then missing an exit on the way back from dropping Mom at the airport yesterday and spending an embarrassingly long time 'lost' in Missouri as a result), so that may have been her, I don't know, I had no desire to get up to find out. If so, she hasn't decided to show up again yet this morning.
I suppose I should go eat something, although I'm not feeling particularly enthused about food.
