I wish I had the gas to just get in my car and drive till there is no more road. I miss the days where I could do that. I had a bad attack today...nothing like I've ever experienced before. I freaked out sitting at the computer thinking about things and ended up on the floor hyperventaling and having severe chest pains. I have had panic/anxiety attacks before but nothing ever like that. I literally could not breath at all. I hope this is all over soon...somehow.
