What a crazy week!
So, I got 2 job offers this week. I turned one down, because although it was full time and paid crazy good, the hours were M-F 5:30p to 2a. I am not ready to give up my life just yet.
So I took a part time (25 hours a week) position as a clerk at a law firm (Slater & Kennon, L.L.P.). Everyone is so nice, I love my job, and best of all, I am NOT a waitress. It was totally worth the wait for a new job.
We got some cool plans for Thanksgiving/my birthday. It's been made official that my FANTASTIC sister-in-law to be Dusty will be coming up from Florida for almost a whole week! We're very very excited.
We have a new wedding date. We postponed it for financial reasons, and now we're just waiting on an OK from the church. The tentative new date is March 4, 2006. It'll be super pretty and exactly what we want, so we're VERY excited. It's gonna be absolutely beautiful. *huge grin*
We made another huge decision that some of you know about. I'm not gonna post exactly what it is, because I haven't told my parents yet, but when I do, I'll post all about it. If you really are that curious, IM me and I'll tell you what it is. Trust me, though. It's HUGE. And no it's not a baby. The kitties are plenty of that!!
