I went to Bruno's for a meal last night with some people from my church, and a few people who don't go to our church. It was quite a good evening, even though I didn't really know the people all that well.
I should have moped around with them afterwards, but I was tired, so I didn't.
I'm only 17 chapters from the end of Vanity Fair. It's an excellent book, but I've taken too long to read it. I plan to spend Saturday and Sunday finishing it. Stuff the social life. Okay, maybe something in the evenings...
Although I'd prefer to go driving than anything.
I'm hungry now. I've had a good day.
