Oh dear.I have been going down a very bad road recently. Each day, I have been trying to eat at least four pieces of fruit and vegetable per day (as it happens, I really like raw fruit and vegetables, so that's not hard) and keeping my heart rate above the average level for twenty minutes, three times a week. I DON'T WANNA BE A HEALTH FREAK!!!
