Movie reflections
This week, I watched two interesting movies. The first was "Goya's Ghosts." It tells the story of an artist and a priest at the time of the Spanish Inquisition. The highlight for me was the torture scene. Seeing Natalie Portman's character being tortured really fed my demons... in a good way.
The second movie was "30 Days of Night." It was pretty creative for a vampire flick. Again, there was one part that made the whole movie for me. There was a girl that had served her purpose and was about ready to die. The whole scene from start to finish was beautiful. I like seeing how characters face and embrace death. Again, it really fed the demons.
