HELP NEEDED!!!

Does anyone know where I can borrow a OS 10.4 (Tiger) install disk for a PPC (non-Intel) Macintosh? I just had a major crash and now my Mac won't boot passed the apple with the spinning wheel below it (whatever comes after locating the system folder). Feel free to pass the message along. Using C's former laptop as a primary is still a lesson in patience that will slowly drive me insane. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

UPDATE: Booted in Verbose mode. Keeps repeating "dsk0s3: I/O error." along with whatever it's doing to fix the problem.
