The data entry was long at work today. It's almost completed and I didn't feel the need to take a lunch break this time. While working, I overheard a lot of stuff I really shouldn't have. Not really drama, more like a real-life look on how the center operates. I didn't really like the picture I got. Good thing I won't be around much longer. I got the results back from C2 Education. I passed the long-ass test and have training on both Thursday and Friday.
The munch was jumping and I'd like to think that I kept my offensiveness down to a minimum. C still got poked and prodded, which is always fun to watch. The kids' table didn't get too crowded so the crack was more quality than quantity, but there's always a ton of it anyway. Toward the end I was willingly pushed into a social situation with a recent newbie. While the others went on their merry way, we chatted it up. Luckily, Denny's is open 24 hours cause we meandered out at around 1:45am and didn't actually get on our own way until closer to 2:00am. It turns out that it really is a small fucking world after all and I was only one degree removed from my newly acquired friend. I was surprisingly open considering the newness of the relationship (Friendship *is* a kind of relationship. Don't go jumping the gun people.) and shared stuff that I haven't really shared with anyone in the community.
