Um it turns out that we had signed the lease papers and everything and um now the three of us will be moving in together. Um it's not too far from our parents so they can um still visit all the time if they want.

So um... thank you to the person who reminded me of the papers.

I um probably should try to find a job as well now. Um this is going to be difficult.
