commence word vomit because my higher brain functions are fried right now. xD SPOILERS AHEAD for many things, so yeah, proceed with caution~
YES, LIFE. man, i've been so tired and busy recently, and i probably don't even have a good reason to be. i think it's just going back and forth to the city and to work, and trying to simultaneously be a lazy bum on the internet and do actually productive things. isn't there a life occupation option for being a hermit? >_> creys, anyway. my sister and i went to watch transformers 3 the other day, and i liked it a lot more than i thought i would. first of all, it's pure action, CGI, and mecha p0rn, all of which i admittedly enjoy entirely too much, and hey, the story was pretty alright. the destruction of chicago was pretty heart-breaking, i must say. the only thing i didn't enjoy too much was that sam witwicky's character essentially became shia labeouf, whereas in the first movie, i distinctly remember shia having done some actual acting (i didn't watch the second movie). i actually really like shia, and i think he's capable of much greater acting skill than this movie dished out to him, but what can you do, it is a blockbuster action film made in hollywood, and those usually don't require much acting. anyhoo~ bots beating the crap out of each other. it feels a little weird to say, because they're giant robots, but i felt so heart-broken when two of the auto-bots died. and bumblebee will always be my favorite. how can a bot be clumsy, adorkable, and awesome all at the same time? AGAIN, i don't know, but somehow the filmmakers pulled it off. >_>
gintama 216: at times like this i want to scream out, "SORACHI-SENSEI, WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING?" and then applaud him tremendously because throughout all the wtf-ery, you'll hear my insane (and high-pitched) laughing. only he can manage such a hilarious episode revolving around an object made of toilet paper rolls, tissue boxes, and a stick. xD the most amusing part for me is that HIJIKATA of all people was made fun of by kids and tagged along in the whole ridiculous scenario, lol. and he took it so seriously too. xD
naruto 547: I DON'T KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIS. it seems like kishimoto-sensei is trying to recast gaara's bastard of a father in a more positive light, and i like that gaara is getting closure, but then again, i think this is one of the things that i like most about gaara -- that he has shit familial relations, but thanks to naruto and his ~sunshine power~, he managed to turn all that around and become a real brother to kankuro and temari. creys, i don't know. i'm just very protective of gaara and his backstory, because he's my favorite character, and i have mixed feelings about kishimoto-sensei attempted to pass off everyone's shit relatives as being "better people," despite their actions. :| OR MAYBE I'M JUST A HORRIBLE PERSON FOR WANTING EVERYONE TO HAVE ANGSTY PASTS? >_> ALSO IT WOULD BE GREAT IF SOMEONE COULD EXPLAIN THE "MOON'S EYE" PLAN IN BETTER DETAIL TO ME, BECAUSE AS IT IS, IT REALLY DOESN'T SEEM LIKE IT'S WORTH ALL THIS TROUBLE. xD
