Spring... ^_^
84 degrees... a pleasure after such a long winter... wind whipping around my head and lifting the brim of my hat as I walk out of the door. vibrant colors making life whole again, a last meal with friends, loving the moment for just what it is. Quiet, anxiously waiting the night and its dawn. Open-window-sleeping, lullabyes drifting on the wind from birds, trains, and sirens... Even the mourning doves sound happy to my ears, happy to greet the spring and welcome it home. Soft scents of magnolia remind me of home, make me wish the day was over, just as laughter from friends catches my ear and reminds me to take the time to enjoy this day. Green-inked fingernails from the fountain pen with which i write my soul, the stories that are life to my imaginative mind. Love filling my heart and surrounding me in a warm embrace.
