but I have a question...
my usual filling for chocolates is made from chocolate + butter + cream + extract flavoring of choice. would it be possible to add liquor to this or would it screw up the chocolate? what I'm reading seems to say to add liquor to fondant or marzipan to fill chocolates, but I have no experience with either and would rather stick with what I know...
oh yeah, and, um, what kind of liquor should I use? I'm totally not a drinker. I was asked to make these. and they are to sell....
