TV pet peeve about New Olreans
I'm watching Boston Legal right now. It's an episode set in New Orleans, and all the New Orleanians have this soft southern accent. I'd like to let it be known that NO ONE in and around New Orleans had that kind of accent! In fact, most people from there sound like they're from da Bronx in New York City! Trust me on this because I'm from N.O. and have lived in and around it my whole life. NO ONE in N.O. has a southern accent!
