The journalist loved it, but was a little disappointed in the "redemption" thing.
Again, I have never seen the show, so I'm only interested for theoretical reasons. I do, however, find this writer's take very interesting, especially her perspective on what she feels the character has actually earned, and it might not get to be ending everything on his terms. Fair about the show or not I don't know, but it's the sort of thing that could be useful to think about in terms of my own writing.
