Speaking of TV ads
Have you seen the one for the pizza on the garlic bread crust? (Have I already posted about this?) The one where the teenage girl is waiting for her boyfriend and her dad insists he's a vampire? And proves it by offering him garlic-bread pizza? And the kid hisses and turns into a bat?
"See, honey? Vampire."
I laughed so hard when I saw that ad, I had to buy the pizza in gratitude.
And then I visited my folks and my dad saw the ad for the first time. And he laughed his head off, and promptly went out and bought the pizza.
We are not usually suckers for advertising ploys, but man, that is a funny ad the first time you see it.
Also, take that, Edward Cullen! (And the girl in the ad is much cuter than Bella. Trust me.)
