What the name implies. How to do it:
How to get concrit:
Step 1: gird your loins
Step 2: post your own name under the appropriate letter thread
Step 3: link your thread in your own journal for maximum visibility (obviously not required, but you're more likely to get concrit if you do)
Step 4: await concrit!
How to give concrit:
Comment to an author's thread. Negativity is obviously allowed, but it must be constructive. No hating or wank allowed. (A good thing to remember is if you like something about an author's writing, say it! It makes the bad stuff easier to take.) Anonymous commenting is on, IP logging is off.
Examples:
Good: Your plots are awesome! But sometimes your sentences don't flow well.
Bad: Your writing sucks.
