amendment to the enemies event (+ plotting post!)
It's been brought to our attention that we haven't exactly been clear about the logistics of this event, so we hope that this post will help you all. :) We're hoping to play out about two or three (maybe more or less, depending on the exact number we get) "boss fights" every week! Parties of three will be sent to fight each boss, which'll be logged out either in the main comm or the log comm depending on the party's preferences.
What kind of villains are we fighting?
According to the list so far, we have the following suggestions (keep in mind these are not set in stone, so you can still suggest people):

Please consider this post as your "plot with me" post! If you haven't made arrangements for who your character wants to fight, please use this post as a place for people to get together and figure it out!
How much damage can these guys dish out?
This is one of the main things we wanted to address. For any small-scale damage (killing < 10 people, small tidal storms, small forest fires, etc.), you do not have to report to us or ask us any questions! We will give you the go-ahead automatically.
However, for anything more than that, you must PM the mods and ask us beforehand. IC actions = IC consequences, especially for this event, and you must be willing for your characters to deal with the ramifications of this event in the months to come. If this bothers you, then you might want to pick a villain who's capable of causing less damage than before.
We still need to know who's willing to NPC various villains! Please reply to this post with who you'll be NPCing for the event, otherwise we will not add your villain to the final list! Alternatively, we have allowed villain positions for this event to be opened to those who do not currently play in Witches Reign. If you'd like to bring in a villain played by someone else, this is your chance!
Just have that person PM us and let us know who they want to play for the event so that we can add their account. :) As always, if you have any questions, please let us know!
As a final note: we apologize for the delay in getting this event started, so we'll give everyone an extra few days to figure out their arrangements. The new date for the event is November 16th. If you think that's not enough time, let us know and we can work something out!
