Again, for like 3 days in a row now, our order system has been offline.
This means we can't do JACK when it comes to checking a status, creating a refund, placing new orders, or placing replacement orders...
Seriously folks. I know we're merging with another company but can we just shut the whole damn place down so we're not telling people after 20 minutes on hold that we can't help them right now?
