Coraline and glasses
We went out to see Coraline last night - fantastic movie!! I know they changed stuff from the book, and hte book was also fantastic, but that doesn't change the fact that the movie was mighty fine. Only a couple of instances of gratuitous use of 1st-person view to maximize the effect of the 3D.
Now I'm just dying to play with our glasses and see how the new technology does it. It's not like the old green/red ones, and it's not like the polarized ones for a laser light show - it seems to involve both color (slightly) and polarization (slightly) but I haven't quite established how.
No spoilers, I wanna figure this one out myself. :)
