Ever get the feeling that if you ignore these devices long enough, something bad will happen? I realize that I haven't posted in a while and I just get this nagging feeling when I act like I don't have to. Forget about doom and destruction to your world. This is what bothers me.

Not at all. I visit people all the time. Just...this machine.

Hehe, it does sort of make you feel obligated to post on it. I watch other people post and then feel bad if I haven't said anything in awhile.

I know what you mean. Maybe it's trying to get us addicted.

To the network? Maybe, but... I just see it as a way to keep in touch with my friends and I can always just see my friends in person. So it'd be hard for me to become really dependent on it.

The problem is, you never know you're addicted to something unless someone tells you.
