I've heard that a lot of people have been leaving recently... it must be tough.

But you should tell her that, I'm sure she'll be glad to hear it. Not so sure that she'd show she's glad to hear it. We keep ending up in weird places together, so I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't pop up herself soon.
