Meal plans for the following week:


Thursday 17:
Dinner: Steak on the BBQ, potatoes, and green beans

Friday 18:
Breakfast: Oatmeal, walnuts and bananas with chocolate milk
Lunch: Tuna Sammiches, cucumber, cottage cheese
Dinner: Chicken Quesadills, salad
Dessert: Butterscotch Pudding

Saturday 19:
Breakfast: Toast, jam and cheese with a pear on the side
Lunch: PB&J Sammiches with fruit smoothie.
Dinner: Pasta with Chicken & Herbs

Sunday 20:
Breakfast: Oatmeal, walnuts, bananas.
Lunch: Tuna Sammiches, Veggies and Hummus
Dinner: Hummus, chicken, cheese and veggie wraps.

Monday 21:
Breakfast: Pancakes/Waffles (make 2 batches and freeze leftovers)
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sammiches, with cucumber on tha siiiide
Dinner: Ham, pea soup and bread.

Tuesday 22:
Breakfast: Bacon, Eggs, smoothie, hashbrown
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: BBQ steak/ribs, salad, potatoes

Wednesday 23:
Breakfast: Waffles, pears, yogurt
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Canneloni!!! start prep by 1pm.

Thursday 24:
Breakfast: Veggies Omlettes and hashbrowns with fruit
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Leftovers!
