(no subject)
Someone apparently wandered^Wstole away with the power supply board from one of our Dell 1907fp's.
Mind you, this is an INTERNAL component.. I went to plug the monitor in, the plug fell into the monitor..
"Buh???" I picked it up, looked.. can see all the wires that normally attach to the board dangling around in there... doesn't rattle, so it's not like the receptacle fell in.. look closer, no board.
Going to take it apart tomorrow and see what the heck happened.. It's probably a good hour job for someone to take it apart, remove the board, and put it all back together.. I'm wondering just who could have been that bored at work.. and why didn't they just steal the whole damn monitor?
