marching sucks!!!!!!!!!
please shoot me..... I came home last night and asked my dad to sign me up for another week of summer camp. It was so much easier than last night. We started out in the band room..... wich again was hotter than it was outside. we played for an hour and a half. then we went outsid, and marched basics for and hour and a half. then when we were finished...... dan yells for his normal brass meeting where he informed us that we will now be doing our pt's after practice, because nobody showed up early like they were supposed. so we did 75 calf raises. I was dieing by like 50. then we did 20 push-ups on top of the 30 we had already done in practice. then the people that didn't bring their tapes in had to run a mile, and the ones that did, or didn't know about it had to run half a mile. the whole time emmerts just standing there laughing. I was so soaked in sweat that my mom made me sit on a towel in the car. I don't see how john's gona make it. He is on vacation right now, so he doesn't have to come to mini band camp. He gets to go straight into band camp. well thats it for now. ill let you know how tonights go's, even though half of you will be there. were gona be awsome this year.
