Hello! I recently had to reinstall Windows XP Professional Version 2002 (service pack 1) onto my mom's computer and now whenever I try to open the control panel, I'm getting the following 
I'm wondering is there something I need to reinstall or download that can fix this problem? Also, I can't add any hardware such as the webcam she has or speakers. Am I better off just reinstalling Windows XP again? This isn't my forte so I'm not really sure what my best bet is, thank you!
EDIT: What I'm most concerned about is getting control panel to open because this computer doesn't have any sound at all and I can't attempt to fix it.
