Why has my internet connection been crazy slow for the past two days?
I hope this sort of thing is allowed here, but does anyone use Bell Sympatico as an internet provider and notice its been horrifically slow over the past few days?
Slow as in, taking fifteen minutes to open up Hotmail slow.
I know Bell has issues with throttling downloads and speed etc etc, but I've never had a problem with connection speed up until the last two days. I also know it can't be a problem with an individual computer, because I have two laptops and a desktop and they're all really damn slow.
