AOL problems

my sister's aol account keeps getting froze b/c someone is sending out bulk mail from her account. she has ran several virus scans (Norton) and changed her password several times. no virus has shown up but they seem to still get her password. at 10AM her account was froze so she reset the password. about 30 mins ago (8:10PM) someone logged onto her account and it was not her. and they sent out the bulk email. she ran a virus scan and nothing showed up. does anyone know what she can do to stop this from happening?
