All of these are from Dead Ringers, a BBC TV show which originated on BBC radio, with spot-on actors impersonating largely UK celebrities and politicians, but Bush and a few others (such as Russell Crowe from *New Zealand*) have also been given the "honour".
Well, they do say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...
(but if Bush believes that about this, he's lost the pages in his "My First Dictionary" that had the definitions of "sarcasm", "satire" and "parody" on them. ;)
