Neon Bible

I've loved Arcade Fire since I heard their Funeral album a year or so back. Their latest album Neon Bible is by far one of my favorite albums in my library, and I listen from track one until the very end nearly every time. It flows nicely, and there's not a song I dislike. Whenever I listen, it's uplifting and thought-provoking. Good stuff. :-D

OK Computer

Around the time I was twelve years old, there was a NOW CD that I liked to listen to every now and then. You know what I'm talking about with the NOW CD, it's a compilation of the year's big hits, and it has a bit of all sorts of popular music. I forgot which CD I had exactly, but it had Karma Police from Radiohead somewhere nearing the end. I would listen to the song sometimes 3 times a night. I loved it and I didn't know why. I still really don't, but I do know that OK Computer is a very good album... but not necessarily my favorite from Radiohead. I think the album released directly after OK Computer, Kid A, is my favorite. There's use of electronics thrown in, and Radiohead's style changed to become something a bit more atomospheric and emotional... imo.

I think I'll post more entries like this in the future, but I'll bring up some less known bands... some independent stuff. Def.
