[glances down both sides of the hall and spots him; blinks at]

*looks back and forth; seeing no one else, crouches down, holds out his hand* Come here.

[gives a grunt before standing and padding over; hesitates before pressing his nose into those hands]

*very faint smile; scratches lightly under the dog's chin* Are you lost?

[gives a soft bark at before trying to pull down the hall to his door]
