Title: Beautiful Whatever
Rating: PG
Length: 230 words
Pairing: Janto, Jack/Ianto
Summery: Ianto shouldn't care

Ianto isn’t quite sure how - or why, or when - his relationship with Jack had started, but his own assumption is that it had started quite soon after Estelle’s death.  Ianto was still recovering from loosing Lisa and Jack was slowly making his own progress past Estelle and it just…happened.  Well, in reality, it had all started - really started - back when he joined up with Torchwood Three.  Even when he was hiding Lisa, there had been flirtatious looks and touches that were almost nonexistent and Jack’s infuriating, little smirks that told Ianto that he was getting in over his head.  But the physical relationship had definitely started sometime between the fairies and Tosh’s little affair with the alien.

Contemplating this, Ianto doesn’t realise Jack has woken up, though he should; Jack is never graceful or silent when he awakens from his slumber.  Ianto doesn’t see Jack’s beautiful blue eyes open blearily as he stretches (nearly hitting Ianto straight in the nose while doing so). Ianto wouldn’t have even noticed Jack kissing him if he weren’t so goddamn dramatic about it, sweeping the younger man out of his nice, comfortable position and into a standing position and simply planting one on him.  Ianto decides that is isn’t worth a damn how, when or why he and Jack started their…whatever, because it’s such a beautiful whatever that he really shouldn’t care.  He does anyway.
