death in the family
Scotty the drummer of KARP and the Whip died in a boating accident yesterday. He went out partying and party some we did in memorium at the Brotherhood tonight. Saw Sara Lund in town for the first time since the last Unwound show more than years ago. others seemed somewhat devasted by the news. death has been all around. a good friends mother died sunday. seeing someone in person recently then finding out about them being dead just doesnt sit right. i see their face in my mind and remember them alive and well. this stuff isnt supposed to happen.
