My office just exploded in an all-out Nerf War. Tommy bought his kids several dart guns for Christmas, having been inspired by Todd and Billy's goofy office gift exchange ideas. So now we are equiped with a full arsenal including glow in the dark, whistling, and sucker pad darts. We passed them around and started messing around, spiraling immediately into full on warfare. We thought there had been a reprieve and I asked Tim to help me wrestle through some programming troubles when Todd started snipering me from across the cubicles. Foolish man. He's so damn tall he presents a target well above the line of general cover. I nailed him right in the jugular. We were all about to die laughing when Claudia, our Big Boss, came in looking stern. We all did our best to look shamefaced while scrambling to pick up our scattered ammunition when she looked at us and said, "You'd better hope I never get my hands on those!" :) I love working here. I don't even mind the crummy pay cause the people are so great and I get to learn so much.
