Day One:
I just got suspended for three days from LiveBridge. For fucking up my wording on a call with a customer. That's a total of three minor mishaps. Christ, what would happen if I were to say a bad word like "heck" to a caller?! They'd have my head for sure. I need to find a better place of employment.
Any ideas?
