I haven't been able to make a snowman in a long time. [Rika sounds ecstatic about her accomplishment, but the snowman tips over, causing the Bulbasaur to jump back in surprise. Rika sighs

No, I have not. [She smiles and moves the Gear away from her a little bit to show that she's wearing a nice heavy coat and a scarf.] I've been able to keep warm.

Ahhh, that's good! It's been getting colder and colder, and it'll probably keep moving that way into January at least. Make sure to at least stay inside if there's a blizzard, though. It could be dangerous.

I will! I don't think that I would last very long if I were to be out in weather like that.

Yeah, I'm very careful about watching the weather. You can't always predict it, so I just try to stay in if it looks iffy.

[His parents died when the weather was bad out, so he's not joking when he says he's careful.]

I'm glad its been relatively tame, despite the snow. This is the best time to play.

I just hope Johto's winters aren't too brutal, or we might get snowed into whatever towns we're in.
