So I realize I haven't updated this thing quite some time. In the past few weeks a lot has happened (surprisingly). I had my first run-in with the GB police. Long story short I was with a couple friends at a little gathering in Green Bay and about 15 minutes after getting there the police decided to stop by (due to a neighbor calling in) saying there were teens partying at a house whose owners were out of town. The neighbors knew the parents were in Mexico and that their son was home alone. So sometime after 11:30 the police officers stared to ring the door bell non-stop. After argueing with Timbertoes (aka Tim) to let me and the girls sneak out the back I realized there was a police officer standing on the back porch looking through the patio door RIGHT AT ME! Talk about scary shit! Well, us girls ended up leaving but not without talking to the police officers first. They knew there was underage drinking but due to the boys ignoring the doorbell the officers couldn't enter the house. Thankfully the officer was nice enough to let us go after we gave him the information he asked for. Man oh man, that night started and ended pretty quick!

After that crazy night the night following was pretty low key. Gena and I went to JJ's house and hung out for awhile with him and then Garrit joined us. We ended up at the GB dorms watching a few boys jump out of the 2nd story into the big snow banks--quite the sight if you ask me!

So after another week of school, oh yeah and quitting my job, it came time for Snowball. My mom made me a beautiful dress and I had lots of fun at the dance, and of course my debut on court having my friends scream for me as I walked made me feel pretty special! lol. Unfortunately there weren't any good after parties so Gena and I made our way to the truckstop for some grub and then called it a night.

This past week I was a nanny for my neice and her three friends while their parents were vacationing in Mexico. I had such a blast with the kids. Lindsey and Marc were always cracking jokes. Like the brownie one..."Marc, what cha eating?"--"A Brownie!"--"Where'd ya get it?"--"The dog dropped it!" Or when all of the sudden we were in the car and Lindsey said "JIM, YOU'RE SNOTTY!" I was really confused because no one in the car was named Jim, so I asked her who she was talking about. She said when you have a runny nose you name one of your fingers Jim, wipe your nose, and then tell him he's snotty! Luckily she didn't demonstrate, but it was HILARIOUS! Jenna and Emily were a lot of fun too because they are getting into the whole boy scene so I was teasing them. I miss those kids!

This weekend was pretty fun too. Friday I helped Steph hang up clothes in her new appartment and then we just talked and hung out along with Mashl and Taylor until about 12:15 or so. Saturday morning Sammy came into town and we bummed around all day. Then last night we went back there for awhile, and after some not-so-pleasant happenings we went to my cousins appartment. I got to know Garrit a little better, which was nice, and laughed my ass off watching Nick and Travis dance to bluegrass then take each other down and pass out...man oh man, and I'm RELATED to them! All in all I had a great time, even with getting less than 2 hours of sleep, it was worth it. This morning Sammy and I stopped at the Golden Arches and then came back to my house and watched The Notebook before she left for home, then work. I'm really glad she came here this weekend!

Earlier today Mashl and I went and saw Hide and Seek. It was a pretty good movie, although I didn't really like the ending, but oh well, that'll happen. As far as tonight goes I'm pooped so we'll see where I end up :) Now if you actually read this entire entry I give you credit. Sometimes its really boring listening to someone go on and on about themselves...but hey! this is my journal right!? until next time... PEACE OUT! :p
