i miss scott. it's only been 6 days, but I saw him every day before he left, and now I don't. it's cool though, cause we do talk often. but I miss hugs and kisses and all that good stuff.
i'm on page 350 of Harry Potter, and iI'm going to read more tonight.
Brynn and I just reminisced about the last days of David Lehner over the phone...it's still so fresh in our minds, and still very sad. I have the clearest memories of talking to everyone on the phone, trying to explain what had happened.
In case no one who reads this knows, Aly Seitsinger and Jim are expecting a little baby girl in November! I've known for a really long time, but they are way more public about it now that they know everything is going well with the baby-growing and development. I made her the CUTEST stuff to send off her way. I'm painting traditional tattoo designs on onesies, and knitting a bunch of things. I'm really excited for them, and I know they are extremely happy about their little bundle coming in the fall.
A girl who I've known since like, 2nd grade, just got engaged...crazy.
I saw my "wedding dress" in a store in Santa Cruz over the weekend. Obviously I'm not getting married any time soon, but I decided that I want to have a 20s themed wedding. And this dress was like a flapper style, white with a beaded empire bodice, a little sheer cap sleeve, and a tuliped bottom with 2 tiers. It was only knee length, but I'd make it to the floor....and wear my hair in pin curls with a white cloche hat. I'd love it. And everyone else would have to dress accordingly, of course :)
ok, enough girly dreaming- time to go read about battling Voldemort.
