its been a while!
two questions.
1
anybody use tumblr
i made one
but dont really do much with it
occasionally i come over all 15 yr old girl and put up pictures of clothes i like/general things i think are pretty...

anybody on here vego or vegan?
tom & i do meat free monday.
i used to be a veggie when i was younger.
im thinking of doing half/half?
something like meat free week days, and carnivore fest on the weekend?
and see how we go?

i read some things that made me think i should definitley change the way i eat.
i am on the wholegrain band wagon.
but im still learning to really understand my food labels
im good with nutritional info,
but i still get tricked occasionally..
