sometimes things just work out.
and things are steadily taking steps in the right direction.....
as of next week
i am jobless.
HOWEVER
the good news is
i'm getting a good application in, interview out strike rate already!
hopefully unemployment wont last tooo long
which is nice.
tom and i are going to live together
his lease expires next month.
we applied for a place on wednesday night.
kinda rushed.
then
i lay in bed unable to sleep
trying to figure out where furniture and stuff would go.
not enough space.
i worried about where the ironing board etc would go
where my bike would live.
then.
my dads former pa suggested her place.
the last tennants were fairly shonky
damaged walls and ceiling with hydroponic set ups etc.
dodgy dealings.
they paid rent that is basically out of our league at the moment.....
but.
she said she would much rather get a bit less money each week and know that people will actually look after the house.
i just went and had a peek at the outside. spied in windows
and its amazing!!!!!!!!!!
they are doing some renovations at the moment
fixing up what the previous tennants damaged
we will do proper look on weekend.
i dont want to jinx it
but i think things are going to be OKAY!
